미씽: 사라진 아이

Cast: Uhm Ji-won (Like You Know It All, 2009), Gong Hyo-jin (Crush and Blush, 2008)
Production: Dice Film
Distribution: Megabox Plus M
Filming Dates: 2015-07-28 ~ 2015-11-09
Status: Post-Production
Genre: Thriller, Drama

Plot: Following a divorce, a woman raises her child alone. She hires a babysitter, but one day, both of them disappear.

What to expect: While the premise is not terribly exciting, what Missing Child does offer is a rare dual female protagonist narrative. Here’s hoping that, much like last year’s impressive female gangster film Coin Locker Girl, the tantalizing pairing of Uhm and Gong will yield something in and of itself.

When can we see it? Should be nearing completion so perhaps in the spring?
